I had done my research, l Dorcehster (Doorman) Joe Lawlor along with Brian McGrath (Finance) and Eric (Service) made my car buying an absolute JOY !!! I had done my research, looked at 20 different websites for my specific Certified Used Toyota. The filters made it easier and as a result only had to go to 4 dealerships for test rides. The Tufunkjian (2 FUNK tion) team LISTENED to what I was looking for and as a result I ended up with the car I wanted with the terms I was very happy with. Joe was friendly, but not pushy, very observant and did the legwork to not "make the sale" but to satisfy the customer. Brian didn't try to PUZZLE me with the numbers (me as a former banker and current bookkeeper I was able to keep the deal(ership straight lol) He made sure I knew what my options were and didn't try to hard sell me on options he knew (through talking "listening" to me) I didn't need. Faith on both ends makes for great packages, sales and reviews. Eric (Service) hooked me up with my first appointment. He explained what was covered and when it would happen - there were no flying xxxxxxx or little dogs about it. All in all I can honestly say that I have NEVER had such a great experience buying a car, every facet was top notch! The employees speak highly of the owner and the company as a whole. Last but not least, Mark McElroy - you couldn't have been more correct, I did have the best salesman in the company. Thank you!!!! More
