We met the Tufankjian team on a Thursday night, looked at 5 potentials, test drove 3, Joe helped us choose and Joey offered opts on packages and finance plans. Mark made us feel like we were visiting friends. On Friday my sister drove away in her new car. She returned the rental early. I found their offer on a new Highlander to be very fair and reasonable so when I returned to New England this past week I came in to Toyota of Braintree to see if we could work something out.I spoke first with internet Sales Manager Eric Franke who introduced me to Joe lawlor. I was impressed by the fact that the original offer that had been made on the internet was lived up to without any attempt to "upgrade" me or to sell me more than I was looking for ,nor was there any problem negotiating my trade in Joe was straightforward and directas were the other folks in the dealership. They made buying a new car simple pleasant and without hassels or pressure.. I could not have been more pleased.i I had been told by my daughter that thuis was a great place to buy a Toyota and I would agree. I can't recommend this dealership strongly enough! More
