A month later we were ready to purchase and came right back to him. He remembered us which I wasn't expecting but it made the experience that much more pleasant. Joe was even accommodating to my impatient 1 year old, and got her a balloon to occupy her while we did paper work. Joe & Don Richmond made everything simple for us and got everything done in one day I was able to drive my car home the same day!
