I was honest and told him I wasn't sure if I was ready to get rid of my car but I couldn't pass on the deal. He was also training Greg who had background in sales and was really helpful speeding the process along. Joe made sure I knew that I could call or text him at any time to ask questions about my new car and even helped set up my free trial for on star. He definitely wasn't pushy like you'd expect going to a car dealership and I have to say he was very patient considering I was being very stubborn (considering I went to just look).
