I was honest and told him I wasn't sure if I was ready to get rid of my car but I couldn't pass on the deal. He was also training Greg who had background in sales and was really helpful speeding the process along. Joe made sure I knew that I could call or text him at any time to ask questions about my new car and even helped set up my free trial for on star. He definitely wasn't pushy like you'd expect going to a car dealership and I have to say he was very patient considering I was being very stubborn (considering I went to just look). Steve was our fiance guy and really made it happen, made signing papers not so terrible. We will be coming back for our next car More

Somewhat Pleased Joe Lord in sales was nice to work with although it took a lot of bartering to finalize the deal on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. 6 hours in sales is way t Joe Lord in sales was nice to work with although it took a lot of bartering to finalize the deal on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. 6 hours in sales is way too long of time to spend trying to purchase a vehicle. it all turned out ok in the end but went home with a head ache! Service was a little disappointing though. Part of the deal was that the dealership install side steps and vent shades on the windows. Left my truck there all day to have the work done but was informed that the window vent shades were not correct although one was installed on the drivers door. Was told to come back after work and they would install the correct vent shades but when I got there at 5:30, I was told that all of the technicians left at 5:00. So on the 3rd try I was finally able to get the rest of the vent shades installed. Robert Marchido was very pleasant to work with in service and apologized for all of the mix ups with everything. I would still bring my vehicle to Ferman for my work to be done. More
