We had to drive about 200 miles to pick up our new vehicle, and they answered all our questions before we made the trip, and set the car aside for us without ever mentioning a deposit. The entire sales process was a good experience; perhaps the best I've ever had at a dealership. I would recommend dealing with these guys without question. More

We gave the Jim Ellis GMC staff, particularly salesman Sami Karaki the highest rating because of the excellent experience we had purchasing my boyfrie We gave the Jim Ellis GMC staff, particularly salesman Sami Karaki the highest rating because of the excellent experience we had purchasing my boyfriend's Chevy Malibu. Sami took the time to ride with Jonathan on a test drive to pick myself up and take the car to my father's house who is a mechanic so he could make sure Jonathan was getting a high quality car. Sami worked with his staff to get him the lowest monthly payment possible among other requests. He made himself completely available and was incredibly understanding when we had to work through some insurance issues and return the next day to pick up the car. Sami is incredibly knowledgeable on all things car related and truly exemplifies superior customer service. Additionally, the sales manager Joe was extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Dee was also fantastic and very patient through the finanacing process as Jonathan was making calls to secure insurance. When I need a car next I will definitely be coming back to Jim Ellis GMC. 5 stars all the way for this dealership & Sami Karaki! More

Amazing Sales Associate Joe H! Visits Jim Ellis GMC in Buford. My husband and I were looking into purchasing a Yukon. We were greeted by Joe as soon as we walked in. He answers all our questions to the best of his knowledge. We decided to go home and discuss our options etc. The next day we returned to purchase the Yukon. Throughout the whole process, Joe was always readily available to answer any questions we had via, email, phone or text. He gave us a detailed walk through when we picked up the car. Just Browsing Just wanted to see a car that was listed online. Beginning stages of looking to see what I really wanted out of a car. From the first phone call to confirm the car was still there, To driving off in my "new" car, I felt comfortable. Ken was my sales guy and he was so kind and professional, knew exactly what he was talking about. I do have to mention.... I had my two children with me. Ages 2 and 5. Not the easiest way to look at a possible car but the entire staff loved my kids and made me feel like they actually enjoyed having them in the showroom. When Ken pulled the car up, someone actually ran up to give kiddos a snack so they had something to do while mom looked at the car. Fantastic! I drove the car, called my husband and Ken waited with me while my husband drove up to the dealership, never making me feel like it was a hassle. We ended up buying the car two hours later (yikes!) and I can't stop looking outside to check it out. Never would have thought I would be driving a vehicle off the lot that day. It was such a pleasant experience and I if I ever want to change cars again, I would come right back here! More
