I did not have much time that day and told him I would be back in a few weeks to buy. he was extremely patient. The next time I stopped in he showed me another vehicle with a little longer wheel base and a little wider as well. He new I needed more storage area. I new I needed my wife to come down and sign the papers as well, so I rescheduled a different day when she could come down. One thing about Tucson Subaru is they do not wheel and deal. It made it sooooo easy. The price they quote is the price you pay. I did not have to worry about being screwed with lots of hidden costs other than the usual taxes and licensing. Joe spent a lot of time going over the instruments in the car and making sure I was comfortable with my new purchase. Thanks Joe More

Joe Micoletti was very thorough in talking about the cars, showing me what was available and overall making it a good experience. I was very nervous as it had been 12 years since I had purchased a vehicle and he was great about explaining the details and answering my questions. There was no pressure and it was a warm environment. Louie in the Finance Office was very friendly and good about explaining the financing and getting through the paperwork. I left feeling I had a great car and a great deal. Since I left Joe has been in contact with me a couple times asking if I had any questions about the car or the process. I would recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone looking for a new (or used) car. More

Tim Hanson made the business portion of the deal seamless and quick. He has a great personality, and didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need.
