Emily was the initial person I spoke with however the gentlemen from finances were very transparent and provided numbers for varies ways I could go, from purchasing the leased vehicle, trading in the lease for a new vehicle to paying off the remainder of the lease and walking away. Absolutely no pressure which is why I typically dislike shopping for a new vehicle. More
