Great customer experience I had been looking at Chevy dealers closer to my home, but they didn't have the vehicle I wanted. I searched the web using True Car and my first conta I had been looking at Chevy dealers closer to my home, but they didn't have the vehicle I wanted. I searched the web using True Car and my first contact at Colonial Chevy was via email with Joe Pellegrini. I already knew I wanted an Equinox, so I told him what the options on my wish list and they happened to have one in inventory that matched! Upon arrival for our test drive, we were greeted by several employees and everyone was friendly and helpful. I also had to get a last-minute inspection sticker on my old car as it was expiring and the Service Department was also friendly and helpful. The deal-making was simple and quick, although everything was thoroughly explained, and I was able to pick up my new vehicle at my convenience. Overall an excellent experience and I love my new Equinox! Thanks Joe! More
