Our Daughter bought a car from Colonial and recommended we check them out and see Joe Pellegrini. My wife bought a Sonic RS and was thrilled with her experience and her new vehicle so I decided to give them a try. I stopped by another dealer to look at a Chevy Cruze and see what they had to offer and after my visit I drove over to Colonial to see if they would offer a better deal. I was offered more for my trade then the other dealer and Joe didn't play games in fact there was no need to haggle at all. I've had long drawn out battles in past car purchases fighting over the trade in value and interest rates in fact one dealer was changing my plates before I signed the paperwork. Luckily, my sales person- Joe Pellegrini- and the rest of the staff, made me feel right at ease. I was not sure what kind of car to get or what I could afford and he was very patient, explaining everything from details of buying new vs used, financing questions and features of different vehicles. Ultimately, I chose to by a new Chevy Sonic and it was the best decision I have ever made. Joe was great and helped me consider the facts that I hadn't thought of. He was really listening to my needs and guided me towards making the best decision for ME, not just trying to make a buck. The sales associate Joe immediately greeted us and helped us out throughout the entire process of purchasing a car. The dealership in Acton did not have the car I was looking for, but the other dealership did so Joe quickly arranged for the car to be brought up to Acton for my mom and I to look at it. They worked really hard to get an affordable price for me and my parents, which we all very much appreciated. Joe was really great at communicating with my parents and I through out the entire process. They were also really quick to get my car registered and ready for me to pick up since I mentioned that I had to go back to college very soon, which was also really appreciated. I was actually pleasantly surprised with how soon they got my car ready for me! Joe also took the time to sit in my car with me and show me how everything worked. This is my first car but Colonial Chevy definitely made it a really easy, great experience. My mom was not a fan of Chevy's but she was also very pleased with how everyone treated us and we would love to do business here again! More

The sales associate Joe took very good care of me even though I was pretty indecisive on what I wanted. I was surprised that when I came back the day next how friendly everyone else at the dealership was. Everyone there called me by first name which was nice to know that they remembered who I was. I am a pretty young buyer and instead of taking advantage of that, Joe explained everything to me in detail. Even went out of his way to listen to my situation and help decide if leasing was a good option. I did end up leasing a 2014 Chevy cruze LT. They also paid off the loan I owed on my previous car even though I don't think it was worth much. They took care of registering it, talking with my insurance company, turning in my old plates and putting a sticker on the new car for me. The process of getting a car was painless. The manager I believe his name was Mike, was nothing but friendly and not intimidating at all like I expected. The whole process was actually fun for me. I would and I will highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get a car. Thank you for putting me in a new car More
