Top Notch I was searching for a specific brand of car on the Internet and came across one that looked to be a perfect fit. It had just been listed and was unlikely to be at the dealer for very long. Good price, good stats, etc. Jim Coleman Honda was also within my driving area so, on a whim, I called to inquire about the car. It's hard to believe that from the time I contacted Kean Thompson that afternoon to the time I drove off the lot in my own car, only six hours had expired. Kean was super courteous, professional, and very proactive in sustaining my interest in the vehicle. In fact, even before I arrived at the shop he called me twice more to update me on other details we hadn't talked about in the initial interview. When I got there I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the showroom, and the team of sales people were very professional all around. The manager, Scott Simering, moved things along well and was very reasonable in negotiating my trade-in. It's rare these days that you have such a positive experience buying a car, but the Jim Coleman folks nailed it. Thanks especially to Kean who was just top-notch as a salesman. I also wish to thank Joe in his efficient handling of the financial matters and Marla who was part of the service team as well. More
