Really good!!! They listened to the customer (my husband and I) and didn't try to "sell." Joe Proscia explained the financial end of the deal so that it was easily understood. Dawn Burger clearly explained the options without high pressuring us. There was another manager, George, who was very helpful, but I don't see his name listed here. Kevin Cohan was great in setting up an overall excellent experience for this purchase. More

First car experience My brand new car had a problem with the driver side window as I was driving the car off the lot, you would think they would find this problem before s My brand new car had a problem with the driver side window as I was driving the car off the lot, you would think they would find this problem before selling the car to me. (Probably paid 300$ or so for them to "check" the car) Joe from finance was very helpful and I have no complaints about him. As a first time buyer they were very condescending towards my thoughts about protecting my vehicle with lo-jack and other vehicle protection packages. There were also hidden costs they didn't tell me about even though they contacted me over the phone telling me the price. They add pin stripes to all new vehicles, so if you don't want them you'd have to wait for them to take the pin stripes off. Also it makes you feel as if you have to pay for the pin stripes even if you weren't looking for them. More

Every time I texted or called he answered or texted back, he worked with us on price, to meet our budget, and he was respectful with us even when we made offers that were really ridiculously low. Being a first time car buyer I have to say I'm glad I had Dion to help us find the right vehicle for us and get it within our budget, Pam to help us protect our investment, and Joe to help us get a good deal on financing our vehicle. I know I'm going to buy my next vehicle from Jim Coleman Honda, and I know I'll be suggesting to anyone who's looking for a car that Dion will help them find the right vehicle, at a good price. More

Nothing I said or done mattered, the middle aged blonde wouldn't stop. The dealership did reply to one of my posts... Online, not too me! They have my email and my phone number. If you like your coffee black, you are ok, if you like milk or cream, bring your own. They will push hard to get you to buy the Lojack, it doesn't matter that only 20 states support it, or... Not all countries in MD (for example, Wicomico county doesn't support it.) Their ridiculous service contract is $699, you'd be better off going to Jiffy Lube for that price. $900 in dealer add ons? Really!? For $20 wheel locks, some gas in your tires, and $5.00 plastic strip... $900 ripoff. Never again will I buy so much as a scooter, never mind a car, from that sham off a scam. More
