I spoke with Walter Sohn on the phone regarding a Honda Accord EXL advertised on Carfax. I asked Walter, what is the on the road and out the door price of the vehicle. He gave me a price. The next day he called me stating he was able to get approval on my offer. I requested he put that in an email. I met with Walter later that day, we test drove the vehicle and I decided to buy it. The price I paid was the price in Walter's email. There was NO Hidden Fees. While Walter was getting the car prepared for me take possession I met with Lauren who went over different optional warranties I could purchase. I did sign up for Lojack. Then I met with Joe who finalized the purchase. While I was there the sales manager came in to introduce himself and to thank me for my business. I am very impressed with Jim Coleman Honda. All employees I met conducted themselves in a very professional manner. I certainly will recommend Walter Sohn and Jim Coleman Honda. More
