Joe, the sales person, was friendly, informative and very helpful. He worked swiftly to make the process easy and understandable. My gratitude goes to him and the other good guys at Luther. Sad that I incurred a heavy loss on my trade-in vehicle, but it's now part of my experiece. More

Buying a pre-owned car has changed! Haven't shopped for a car in years. I had an idea of what I wanted. I had a few queries via the internet. Mr. Ray provided the Car/Fax reports prior to our even coming to the dealership. I was able to research the information. He had the car ready at the dealership for me to test drive - was knowledgeable of the car. No pressure at all. Each stage of the purchase was handled professionally and courteously. I had 5 days to return the car - brought it to my mechanics to look over. Found a few minor things - promptly addressed. Apparently, the car buying process has changed over the last 15 years! Well done~! More
