Joe Rice was the sales person that answered the call, when I called in to make an appointment. He was available early the next day and got me into several different Tahoes right away. It became clear v when I called in to make an appointment. He was available early the next day and got me into several different Tahoes right away. It became clear very quickly that the Z71 was the right car for me. Joe knew about all of the features and functions and he was able to answer all of my questions. Joe is very enthusiastic and upbeat and made the transaction very enjoyable. He even solicited for a higher quote on my trade-in. Weber has a terrific team of very friendlyand and helpful staff. Everyone was very nice, but my sales guy Joe Rice was outstanding and went above and beyond. Got a great deal on a certified Volt, but was stuck with 2 cars to get home somehow. Joe volunteered to drive outstanding and went above and beyond. Got a great deal on a certified Volt, but was stuck with 2 cars to get home somehow. Joe volunteered to drive one to my home which was over 30 miles away and he had his wife (special shout-out to Mrs. Rice) also drive out to my house to pick him up and bring him back to work. And, he did all this at the end of the day when he was supposed to be off and at home. Outstanding and very nice guy. More
