Extremely disappointed in service- had a pre-purchase exam of a Toyota Prius , paid $145 plus tax and said that the car only needed alignment and some bulb replacements - otherwise in good shape - I spec exam of a Toyota Prius , paid $145 plus tax and said that the car only needed alignment and some bulb replacements - otherwise in good shape - I specifically asked about shocks and told they were fine. Relying on this exam I bought the car- only to find that’s couple of days later to get alignment that the struts and shocks all had to be replaced$1600!!! I went back to metro. And was only told that manager not available( joe) and they would only “exam again as sometimes shocks will leak oil and still be ok? I decided since metro gave me a misleading exam once another exam would not be credible. I had text exchange with Joe at metro - feel free to lol at texts with joe. To be fair I feel the extra $1600 and $145 for each he exam be reimbursed to me. I have used metro before and they have been reliable in their exams of a prior exam of used car couple of years ago. Disappointed that I was let down this time. More
