I had given my vehicle for repairing the headlight issue. I got my vehicle returned without getting the issue resolved. When I again approached for repairing the issue, they straight away declined the reques I got my vehicle returned without getting the issue resolved. When I again approached for repairing the issue, they straight away declined the request and said they cannot repair it anymore. This issue came up with my vehicle purchase and thus I expect it to get it resolved. They even did not show any curtsey to check if they have correctly addressed the issue. Upon asking the reason why it can't be repaired, they simply said they do not know. Hearing about the TOYOTA services and keeping those in mind, I have purchased the vehicle but I am experiencing totally opposite which is totally disappointing. More
