Well it all started with going to the furthest dealership from home and working my way back on April 13, 2013. What a mistake!! At the end of the day we ended up emailing Joe Balisalisa at Huntington Beach M from home and working my way back on April 13, 2013. What a mistake!! At the end of the day we ended up emailing Joe Balisalisa at Huntington Beach Mazda because we had changed our mind on the type of Mazda 3 we wanted, with an online quote in hand,I thought to myself this sounds a little to good to be true but lets drag ourselves down to Huntington Beach Mazda. Guess what, we get there and Joe B. has gone home for the day. Great we are going to be handed off to some other guy who can't find the email, not sure he has the car, or tell us that was not an out the door price. NOT EVEN CLOSE !!!!! We were handed off to JOE ROSALES and the purchase was GREAT. Joe Rosales new exactly what we were there for, exactly the price we were quoted, and had no problem when i changed the color i wanted. The paper work went quick and easy. The finance guy was easy to work with and the price came out to the penny when compared to the online quote. Joe even threw in some extras we ask about after the fact. These guys truly treat you the way a consumer should be handled. No passing you off to the next guy messing with your head. Got out off there quick and easy. More

It's very unnerving to walk into a major life purchase and be treated as if you were standing on line for a Sears microwave. That is what I repeatedly felt like working with other dealerships. More often than not, a typical salesman at competing dealerships had no redeeming qualities. No knowledge of the vehicle, no human element, no incentive to work with you or even provide the illusion of. OC Mazda has the ultimate trifecta: Knowledge, Humanity, and Great Prices. Although I've read outstanding reviews of other employees here, I wouldn't risk NOT working with Joe Rosales, whom I had the pleasure of doing business with. He met my offer EXACTLY, he outbid my outrageous bank loan by HALF, he gave me some wiggle room on an extended warranty, and above all else... was TOTALLY DECENT AND HUMAN. My initial internet contact Joe Balisalisa was also very forthcoming and respectful and got the ball rolling on my deal. I bought a used Kia Sportage, so mind you this was not a true Mazda experience. I can only imagine how they are dealing with their own manufacturer. I will be back in a few years to buy a new Mazda directly from this team. No doubt in my mind. Bobby V.'s an excellent Finance man. Big Joe Rosales is truly a rare breed among salesmen. We went to Mazda Huntington Beach to look at the new CX5, we were sent there via Costco. We absolutely loved the CX5, the service we received was helpful, informed and very friendly. Everything from the initial contact thru the end sales experience was above and beyond the call. Big Joe went out of his way to drive over 400 miles round trip to pick up the car we wanted and then gave experience was above and beyond the call. The best experience I have had buying a car. Everybody was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Both Joes were very honest with me, and even surprisingly trusting with the test drives. Not only did this dealership make buying a car a pleasant experience, they even drove me to their sister dealership to check out the inventory in that location - at no cost to me. This was very helpful as I am not from the area, and do not know my way around Orange county freeways. I am very happy with the car I bought, as well as the price they sold it to me for. If I ever am in the market for another Mazda, I will definitely return to this dealership. More

We've been around the block a few times when it comes to buying cars. We do our research in advance, then go in knowing what we want and willing to do to make the right deal possible for us. As a result, we can be efficient in our search and with the dealer sales staff so nobody's time is wasted. It also allows us to be direct in our negotiations. That said, we also keep an open mind to new suggestions or guidance on important information we might have overlooked. We met with Joe Rosales on Memorial Day weekend who was one of the best sales professionals we've worked with in over 30 years of car buying. He established a friendly and relaxed rapport, asked great questions to understand what we were really looking for -- all without any pressure or ever trying to force-fit a solution we didn't want. We ended up buying a mint condition certified Mazda 3 hatchback sport that same afternoon from a fantastic dealership who's team worked quickly and effectively to make a deal a reality. Now our 16 1/2 year old son is one VERY happy southern California kid rolling down the street in his first car! Make sure to give these guys a strong look -- you won't be sorry! More

My son was looking for an inexpensive good car and found what he was looking for online at H.B. Mazda. He called Joe and told him he was interested in the used Impala that was at the site. He told Joe he had been in the Navy, was divorced and had horrible credit. Joe told him that he would work with him and to set up an appointment. When we arrived, Joe came out to greet us, and after seeing the car we sat down to make the deal happen. Joe was awesome, he actually made it happen, he was friendly, responsive and got the deal to go through. The car was well priced, in great condition. What is normally a grueling experience, buying this car at H.B. Mazda and having Joe as our dealer was a short, easy process. Thanks again Joe! Ellen Crane More
