My buying experience and salesman, Jason Hough, was outstanding. He did not "high pressure" me for the sale and was extremely helpful in customizing all the bells and whistles in the SUV. I would like to give a word of caution to anyone that might be thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Lou Fusz Kia. I purchased a Soul from them as well as the extended warranty in March of 2021. The warr might be thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Lou Fusz Kia. I purchased a Soul from them as well as the extended warranty in March of 2021. The warranty is through a company by the name of Vehicle One, which is apparently no longer offered at Lou Fusz. When thinking of future issues with this vehicle and the luck I usually have, I decided to purchase the premium warranty package that covers pretty much everything. Fast forward to current day. I am having problems with my backup camera not functioning. I spent roughly 2.5 hours at a much closer dealership having the diagnostics ran to determine the exact problem. Then service advisor came to tell me that my warranty does not cover this part. I was very confused at this point since I was holding the paper that was printed off and handed to me by the finance guy at Lou Fusz. This paperwork that explains all of the details of my warranty and all of the boxes that were agreed upon and signed off on at the time of purchase. I gave al of the paperwork I had to the service advisor and he then called Vehicle One once more just to verify all of the details were correct, and there was no miscommunication. That is when we learned that the contract for my warranty that I was handed and have had in my glovebox from the time I pulled off of the lot, did not match what Vehicle One had in their system. From my last phone call with the Sales manager, he told me I should call Vehicle One myself to see if the warranty info they have magically changes depending who calls. I recommended that I could call and he could conference in to hear exactly what they say for himself. He just said "I am too busy for that". Now. I am not really sure what exactly happened in this situation, but this seems a little weird to me. Sorry for the rant. I just felt like this needed to be out there for people to keep in mind. More
