I have a long drive to work and was looking for a Kia Rio LX because of the gas mileage and the ratings. I visited several dealers and was lied to and deceived. After wasting hours of my time and gallons of gas going to other dealerships, I found Lou Fusz on line and made inquiries about the Rio. Robert soon called. I told him what I wanted and was informed that the car was not in stock, but he would call me when it was. Several days later he called and informed me that there was one in stock. I was told MSRP and $499 MO doc fee. When I arrived, that was the price I paid. No games, no dealing. I wrote the check and now own the car. I will buy all my cars in the future if they continue doing business this way. Joe was great also, very personable and made the paperwork easy. I also worked with Corey as Robert was off the day I bought the car. He gets 5 stars also. Thank you Lou Fusz. More
