This was a pleasant low stress experience buying a car, very wonderful almost relaxing. This was a nice ending to a horrible experience— I lost my car due to flash flooding. Our salesman Brian and Joe Shepherd were both kind and informative. So refreshing! We have bought from the same dealership for years and this is our first time at Lou Fusz Kia it will not be our last. I love my little car— its fun to drive and being a short person it lifts me up to see clearly. It is also roomy and easy to handle. Great experience all around! More

I had an overall terrible experience with this dealership. It started with being quoted a 6.54% interest rate on a 790 credit score. I ultimately had to do my own leg work on getting a better inte dealership. It started with being quoted a 6.54% interest rate on a 790 credit score. I ultimately had to do my own leg work on getting a better interest-rate. Thanks to myself, I was able to get a 2.49% interest rate. I was never presented with a full picture on a bid sheet of how everything looks. Just chicken scratches on paper and felt like I should’ve been dealing with the sales manager directly instead of the salesman-who every time I asked a question would have to go back to the office. I am now almost a month out from my car purchase and the dealership has yet to pay off my previous car loan. I have since had to make a car payment on the car traded in as well as next week I make a payment for the new car I purchased. It is beyond unacceptable that this has transpired. I feel like I do not make any progress with the dealership to straighten this issue out. Twice I’ve been told I will be given a callback on the status of the missing payoff and still no callback. I am beyond disappointed with this dealership! I am to the point of filing a BBB complaint regarding this dealership. All of this is very unacceptable. Last Friday I was informed that they were finally going to track the check and then on my next phone call back to the dealership was told they could not locate the tracking. At that time a Wire transfer or overnight payment should’ve been done. I have been beyond patient with this entire situation! The only positive parts of my interactions has been the finance manager-Joe and service writer-Andy. The skid plate was not attached to the bottom of my vehicle pump purchase. After arriving home I discovered it hanging below my vehicle only partially attached. After a run around with my car salesman, I was directed to Andy. He was able to get me in quickly and resolve the issue! More

We worked with Brian Schaeperkoetter and the experience couldn't have been better! After we ordered our car, he updated us periodically and after it arrived he helped us learn all the new technology!
