I bought my 2021 Soul at this dealership. Came in for my 1st oil change & to ask about a sound the car makes when I take my foot off the brake. They couldn't determine the reason for the sound & charged me 1st oil change & to ask about a sound the car makes when I take my foot off the brake. They couldn't determine the reason for the sound & charged me full price for the oil change. I forgot my coupon for a free one I got in the mail. She said I could use the coupon for the next one, but it has an expiration date. She shouldn't have charged me since all new car owners get their 1st oil change free at Kia. I felt the 20 miles I drove there for service was a waste since they didn't do anything my regular service guy could do. More
