Hidden Waranties Financing was deceptive and misleading. I was NOT given a copy of the MO-e 1/19 Retail Installment Sale Contract and given the opportunity to review Financing was deceptive and misleading. I was NOT given a copy of the MO-e 1/19 Retail Installment Sale Contract and given the opportunity to review it before I signed electronically, as required. Nor could I confirm that I received a completely filled-in copy since I never saw it. I received nothing. I asked about the paperwork and was told it would be mailed to me, which I never received. I thought it was a little strange, but being older, not having bought a car in over 14 years, procedures may have changed. The only way I was able to obtain a copy was to request it from the financial institution financing my car and also found out that an extended warranty for over $2,000 was written into the contract without my knowledge. I called the Finance Manager several times, leaving messages each time requesting the contract and a call back, to no avail. My calls were not returned. I cancelled the warranty through another finance manager and addressed my issues with a sales manager but am still deeply disturbed about the whole experience and have to wonder why this happened to me when the dealership has a very high rating.overall. More

They made suggestions and gave reasons for them and let me make my own decisions. Kris answered all my many, many questions and asked my views on what I was looking for and why I made the decisions I made so we both new what was out there and what would make better sense for me. Your finance person whom I'm sorry to say I forgot his name ( he is a new father of a 1 year old son), took time to explain my options and then answered my questions. Over all you have a very good team and made my nervous visit a happier one. More

Crystal met me with a smile and immediately connected me with the car I wanted to drive. She knew well the options I was looking for and walked me through it. Next thing I know Joe is walking me through the finance and I have my first new car. Painless and Extremely exciting experience because of Crystal and Joe.
