My brother had been helping me look for a car and Rachel had been extremely prompt and honest with pricing, so I walked in expecting to drive the car in comparison to one I had driven closer to home. Crystal met me with a smile and immediately connected me with the car I wanted to drive. She knew well the options I was looking for and walked me through it. Next thing I know Joe is walking me through the finance and I have my first new car. Painless and Extremely exciting experience because of Crystal and Joe. They had the vehicle I wanted I bought a Telluride from this dealership. Other dealers had been unable to find one for me. Once the car came in, everyone was very helpful and frien I bought a Telluride from this dealership. Other dealers had been unable to find one for me. Once the car came in, everyone was very helpful and friendly. My salesperson went on the test drive with me per my request and showed me all the features and helped set up the Bluetooth, etc. While I was waiting for the car to arrive, the communication was lacking, even though I had given them a deposit. The delivery was delayed twice and I did not receive a call about it. It took more than a day to receive a return call after I left a message. The receptionist sounded dismissive. I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I spoke to them. Overall, I am glad I got the Telluride. Joe in lfinance was particularly friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great vehicle. More
