Tried to sell me a vehicle that they did not have a title for. I was onsite 3 hours before they figured out they didn't have the title! I easily could have waited until they got the title to continue my purchase, but the manager was so disrespectful I didn't want him to get a dime of my money. I'm shocked this guy runs a dealership! This man shouldn't be anywhere near a leadership role. He is the sole reason I didn't buy that vehicle. More

After consulting multiple dealerships from northern Westchester to eastern Suffolk County, this team offered an exceptionally competitive quote on a loyalty lease for my mother-in-law. Perhaps more impressive, though, was Koeppel's level of attentiveness and transparency. He went out of his way to give us information and a phenomenal price to make our decision very easy. He even bought us lunch while we were waiting to speak w the finance mgr. Koeppel you really have a gem of a sales manager and a person in Mr. Sierra. You don’t find people like Joe Sierra anymore in the car business. Thanks for the exceptional experience. I will definitely recommend Koeppel Subaru and Joe Sierra to my friends, family and coworkers for there car purchasing needs. More
