Great, no pressure, buying experience. From the moment we stepped on the lot, the staff treated us with respect and listened to what we were looking for. They didn't try to "steer" us to s From the moment we stepped on the lot, the staff treated us with respect and listened to what we were looking for. They didn't try to "steer" us to something that we didn't want. We were shown multiple vehicles that had the options we desired, which impressed us because of the choices that were available. They were extremely friendly without the "fake buddy" feeling that some dealerships exude. I would highly recommend this dealership and Joe Simmons in particular. Joe took the time to explain every question that we had. He even shared some answers to questions that we had not even thought of. This was a great buying experience! More

Our salesman, Joe Simmons, worked hard to made sure we saw several options so that we could find the right car for us that fit our budget. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He even made sure my teenage son had snacks, wifi and TV to keep him occupied while my husband and I did the paperwork! The finance man, Steve, was also friendly and very helpful in explaining all the options we had. We purchased a Nissan Sentra--AND I LOVE MY CAR!!! Thank you Joe and Steve! I would recommend this dealership, and Joe especially as a salesman, to anyone buying a car! More

Our salesman, Joe Simmons, was the helpful and easy to work with; he truly is an honest person with impeccable integrity and compassion for his customers. He wants you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. We live in Oklahoma City, so most of our negotiations took place over the phone with Joe. Once we agreed upon a purchase price and pick-up day, we headed to Tulsa for our vehicle. They had everything ready to go and held up their end of the bargain; no surprises or hidden fees added in to the final price. Joe and my husband did a final inspection of the vehicle and found a few things. Joe had it sent to the shop immediately to be fixed. We left for lunch and they unknowingly to us took care of our tab; what a pleasant surprise! We have also had a few issues post-sale questions and issues (nothing major), and Joe was so quick to respond back to us. He took care of the issues and provided us what he promised in a very timely manner. Overall, we had an awesome buying experience and would highly recommend Joe Simmons and the guys at Jackie Cooper Nissan to everyone we know! More
