Safety Recall Notification At my appointment time, I was met by the service representative. He took my key and asked if I'd be leaving my vehicle or waiting. I replied, I was wa At my appointment time, I was met by the service representative. He took my key and asked if I'd be leaving my vehicle or waiting. I replied, I was waiting. He asked if there were any other issues that I wished to be addressed. I told him the check engine light was on, but I have the sensor replacement at home. He asked if I had a number he could reach me at, when service was completed. I gave him my mobile number. He showed me where he would be located agterwards and directed me to the waiting area where coffee was available. My vehicle was ready earlier than estimated, and I was on my way. More
