Fast and incredibly professional service I have visited Gunn's vehicle service a couple of times for routine engine diagnostics, and I was pleased each time. I was met by the Alexis, the expr I have visited Gunn's vehicle service a couple of times for routine engine diagnostics, and I was pleased each time. I was met by the Alexis, the express service advisor, who very quickly sent my vehicles off for diagnostics and sent me into the waiting room. The waiting room offered free coffee, krispy kreme donuts, wifi, tv, and a shuttle service to any part of San Antonio. My vehicle's miles were slightly out of warranty period but the dealership arranged almost free repair because the engine diagnostics light came up much earlier. This was a fine experience and I will take my Hondas for service at Gunn again in future. More

Great trusteorthy service I’ve been a Gunn Honda customer since the 1980’s. They are trustworthy and thoughtful and provide excellent service. In fact, I originally chose them because of the quality of their service. This experience was no exception. I got a B-1 light on my Honda and called to ask what it meant. The services indicated were thoroughly explained and I was able to set up an appointment to have it done quickly. They gave me a good estimate of both price and time, as usual. I’ve sent them many friends as prospective customers and will continue to do so More

He answered every question, wehad and delivered. the vehicle we wanted at a fair a price.(no matter the situation price can be better). Bottom Line, our experience buying a car was the best to date. Maintenance I went to the dealership for a brake flush & allingment. I told Joe Toepfer I would be in the waiting area. He told me it would take about 2 hours. Af I went to the dealership for a brake flush & allingment. I told Joe Toepfer I would be in the waiting area. He told me it would take about 2 hours. After 3 hours he called me & said they were having problems with the machinery that does the alignment and that it would be another 30 to 45 minutes. After 45 minutes he called and said it was done. I went to pay for the service that’s when he made the comment that he had noticed my paperwork sitting over to the side and he said he thought he had better call me. This made me feel like he had forgotten about my car being serviced. A two hour service job turned into a four hour ordeal. All this time I was waiting. More
