Love this dealership but don’t like the “shop supplies” fee that they charge everyone. You are already making so much money, now you want to add more fees? Not a fan. Joe greeted me outside within a couple minutes of arriving. He was very polite guiding me thru information he needed to get the service done. Job was finished within 90 min of my arrival. Do not chose Gunn Honda. My family has 5 different Honda’s and Gunn Honda would not be a place where I would ever spend my money. Needed to bring in my car for a recall and called multiple times only Honda’s and Gunn Honda would not be a place where I would ever spend my money. Needed to bring in my car for a recall and called multiple times only to have to leave a message. Everything took me 6 months to finally get it done with Honda constantly mailing me how urgent it was to get it done. I would go service my car anywhere else but here. They do not care about the customer or their safety and just care about making money. More
