Great Servide at Capital Eurocars Brought my Mercedes in for it's first service. I was provided a loaner car and my car was done later on that day. Even tho I did not purchase my Merc Brought my Mercedes in for it's first service. I was provided a loaner car and my car was done later on that day. Even tho I did not purchase my Mercedes there my service consultant Joe Trozzo took time to answer my questions and go over features on my vehicle. I will be back, thanks again. More

Highly recommend this dealership and Claude especially. Very clean dealership, service bays, and grounds. Nice selection of the different models. Having been here before (and not impressed with salesman) we almost went elsewhere. But then we met Claude Rabbath. Claude changed our minds. He showed us a car but not the color my wife wanted. A few days later he called to tell us one exactly how we wanted was available. Several test drives later, we were ready to talk deal. Claude presented us with the numbers. We told him we were going to trade a car and would probably pay cash, if the numbers were right. He got us a much better trade-in than I was expecting (with no “discussing it with manager” back and forth.). He was extremely pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable. Claude sold us the car without pressure, or pretense. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Mandy was friendly, efficient and fast, but never rushed us, taking time to explain any form we had questions about. I highly recommend, and praise, these two, both to management and friends More

Not so great reception I had an appointment at 7:30 and I arrived at the at 7:20. I walked inside and was greeted with a good morning by a gentleman sitting at his desk but I had an appointment at 7:30 and I arrived at the at 7:20. I walked inside and was greeted with a good morning by a gentleman sitting at his desk but nothing further. I waited patiently for 15 minutes, while standing the whole time until someone decided to ask whether or not I’d been helped. Also, my car needed a part that was not in stock and had to be ordered by the dealership. I have not had any communication from the dealership regarding the status of the order even though I was reassured that it would be a couple of days. It is now 2 weeks since my visit. I’m quite disappointed with this level of service from Mercedes. More

A wonderful experience! Claude was immediately available when we drove up to the dealership. He was very helpful and professional, and very knowledgeable. He took extra time with us to make sure we understood all the bells and whistles on the car and made excellent suggestions for us. Claude also introduced us to others within the dealership that we might need at some point and made a special point of bringing the service manager in for us to meet. More
