The one and ONLY person I can trust and will treat me with respect is Joe Valente! The last Auto Butler visit I sat in the waiting room and heard your staff bad mouthing customers after they left or were with respect is Joe Valente! The last Auto Butler visit I sat in the waiting room and heard your staff bad mouthing customers after they left or were finished with their phone call. When it came time for me to get my car I was just given the keys and I had to go hunt for it. Joe Valente would never treat his customers like that! He is honest with them and lets them know what is best for their automobile. To be very honest with you, if it wasn't for Joe Valente, I would take my business somewhere else! I don't like being lied to. And I do not appreciate poor customer service. Honesty and a smile go a long way! Treat your customers the way you would want to be treated and they will keep coming back. I believe this is Joe's way of treating customers. So unless it is an emergency, I will turn around and walk out before I allow myself to be treated poorly again! That is why I schedule my appointments to make sure that ONLY Joe Valente is my technician! You might want to have your staff model after him. When I was there for this visit, a couple came in and she was very angry and called her Honda a lemon and she would never buy another Honda. Joe was calm and talked with her and got her the assistance she needed. I was very impressed by the way he spoke with her! At no time did he lose his temper, but just calmly spoke with her and addressed the issues that she was having! I would think that you would want ALL your technicians to treat customers like this! I hope that you allow Joe to know what a professional and outstanding job he is doing. People need to hear what they are doing right just as much as when they do something wrong. So print this out and commend Joe on his excellent service! Thank you Joe! Keep up the excellent work! It's because of you that Honda of Kenosha has my business! More
