3 months in still have not received the warranty documentation that sales guy and finance guy told me would arrive within 3 months. typical sales office to get still have not received the warranty documentation that sales guy and finance guy told me would arrive within 3 months. typical sales office to get the deal made and then move on. ugly stuff. get anything and everything in writing. so far, sales gave me the run-around on (1) the supposed free 3 months of satellite radio, which I did not get initially, and then it shut off after two weeks; (2) interior trim clip broke after a few weeks, and service department told me it 'probably' was not covered; and (3) they kept emailing me about additional sales they were having. no way ... no thanks. More

At one point, it looked like the vehicle purchase was not going to go through and all the time and work invested in this deal was just a waste of time and energy. However, Steve Romain wasn't about to give up. He re-did the numbers and terms to make this deal happen. And it did. Because of Steve and his staff, later that day I was driving home in my new car! And better yet, thanks to him, I ended up with a lower car payment and a longer vehicle warranty. Thanks again guys....you're the BEST! More
