I would note though that something as basic as a headlight should have been checked prior to selling the car...even if the car is used. Bought a used Civic via the Internet. Joe Vizzi was the contact salesman. Joe is great to work with. He answered all of our questions. Communications via email and phone was excellent. Joe had all of the paperwork prepared prior to picking up the car. Ajay Sharma went through the paperwork, title, tags, etc. Both gentleman were very polite and professional as were other employees we came into contact with while at Clinton Honda. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour. As far as the car, it was used but in very nice shape. As I went to leave the dealership, I had an issue with the 2nd key not working in the ignition. It either had a bad battery or had lost it's code. Luckily, I discovered this before leaving the dealership. The key was fixed within 15 minutes. Not a big thing. Having the car for a few days, I've discovered a few other little things. The drivers window won't wind up all the way in automatic. It stops about 2 inches from the top and reverses. The interior light just above the windshield must be burned out. It will not illuminate. The day after I picked the car up, I went to go to work in the darkness and found the drivers side low beam was burned out. I had not had the headlights on previously, so it didn't burn out on the way home. Since I live 240 miles from Clinton Honda, it is difficult for me to travel all that way to have these few things fixed....and admittedly, they are small things. All in all, a great little car and a pleasant purchasing experience. I would think though that something as basic as a headlight burned out should have been found and replaced prior to me picking up the car. More

He worked extensively to make sure I got the deal that I wanted and valued my business and didn't just try to get the most out of me that he could. He was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. I also had the pleasure of working with Albert during the finance portion of the sale. He was also very straightforward with me throughout. I look forward to working with Clinton Honda again in the future. More

First, Mike gave my husband a great deal over the phone and this alleviated the stress of negotiating a price. Then, when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Joe immediately showed us the Odyssey, which was already parked at the parking lot and explained all the new features it has. He then showed us around and introduced us to Judy. I had a great experience renewing my Honda Accord lease with Joe Vizzi. I'll admit I was skeptical as to whether we could close a deal on the evening I went to the dealership, but Joe made it easy to upgr with Joe Vizzi. I'll admit I was skeptical as to whether we could close a deal on the evening I went to the dealership, but Joe made it easy to upgrade to a new Honda Accord, and somewhat to my surprise, I drove home a new Accord at the same monthly payment as my previous lease. Joe really went the extra mile to make this work, including helping me move everything I had in the old car to the new one -- a considerable feat! The whole process was quick, easy, and enjoyable. It's great service and the willingness to meet the customer's needs that builds brand and dealer loyalty -- and Joe provided both in spades. I traveled over 500 miles - from Michigan to New Jersey - to purchase a used Ford Taurus X which I found listed on-line. Unlike a dealer in Pennsylvania the week before (where I struck a deal on a Friday for travel Monday only to have it sold to someone else on Saturday), Joe and Clinton Honda held the car for a couple of business days so I could make arrangements to travel to NJ and complete the sale. Joe picked me up from a nearby rail station and both he and his colleagues were very pleasant to deal with. The car was prepped well, and was thoughtfully filled with a full tank of gas to get me started off right on my 11 hr drive back to Michigan. I was impressed with the honesty and integrity that was demonstrated in this process and would recommend them either if you are local or, like me, considering a long distance transaction. More
