Incredible experience Eddie was an incredibly genuine sales associate from the beginning of us talking to him he made sure we felt welcome as if we were part of the family, Eddie was an incredibly genuine sales associate from the beginning of us talking to him he made sure we felt welcome as if we were part of the family, I’ve never been to another dealership (including othe Honda dealerships) that have made me feel more accepted. The price of our vehicle was genuine from the start, we didn’t have a whole lot of hope going into this transaction, but Eddie quickly brought our guards down and reassured us he would do the best he could, which he did. Afterwards Bo was incredibly professional, and had the answer to any finance questions we may of had, as well as explaining all that was included in our final pricing. A huge “Thank you” to all the members of Brandon Honda, you made it a pleasure to buy our car. More

Four new tires, four hour wait and...tire weights? I brought my car in on a Sunday, last minute, for a tire replacement (2010 Accord). I was lucky enough that they were able to get me seen and had my ( I brought my car in on a Sunday, last minute, for a tire replacement (2010 Accord). I was lucky enough that they were able to get me seen and had my (somewhat unusual) tire size in stock. Being open on a Sunday is unusual for a service bay, and I WAS a last-minute addition, so I was somewhat expecting to make a day of it. People watching is always a good time, I brought a book, they have a cell-phone charge station available and free water available, so no major complaints. However, upon arriving home the next day I spotted a few tire weights in my driveway.... Guess I'll be making a return trip to sit in that waiting room some more, this time sans book. More

Excellent customer service I went and bought a suv from Brandon Honda after being in a car accident where my car was totaled. With my brothers help Joe Winslow. Joe had me work I went and bought a suv from Brandon Honda after being in a car accident where my car was totaled. With my brothers help Joe Winslow. Joe had me work with Mr. Don Negri. He was excellent even with it been tough to get me in my new vehicle because my other car was still on my credit. I was get a little down and Mr. Don and Mr. Bo said will get you in the vehicle today and told me to not to worry. But with the help of Mr. Don and Mr. Bo Engel they got me in a CR-V. And I love driving my new vehicle. More
