Dealership seemed accommodating at first. After first look and giving a fairly certain statement for purchase, I was still needlessly hassled to buy the car as soon as possible (not just me b After first look and giving a fairly certain statement for purchase, I was still needlessly hassled to buy the car as soon as possible (not just me but even my credit union was hassled at one point). Took a long time to get checked with financial manager when there was not many people there at all. During purchase, asked if there were any worries to be had with the car at all, and was reminded about the cost of service out in to the vehicle. After driving the car for a few days, noticed grinding noise coming from brakes. Turned out the hardware for the brakes were grinding against rotors so I had to turn the car back to Crestmont to get this fixed. Took two days. 24 hours later a lower ball joint fails, leaving me stuck in the middle of the road for an hour waiting for a tow truck. Service urged me to send the vehicle to the true manufacturer but I already sent it to them. Was told it would take months to fix so I threatened to talk to the owner. Car was fixed two days later. Haven't had problems since, besides some rear sensors and center console malfunction that they claimed they couldn’t fix. I honestly can’t recommend anyone to buy from this dealership. More
