We left our scheduled appointment because of the long delay of 2 hours to even start the work. Where is the proper communication? We were told that it would take 2 hours to complete the repair when the delay of 2 hours to even start the work. Where is the proper communication? When we got there at 10:30 the wait time was already 2 hours before they would even look at the car.
