Great customer service Tiffany was amazing! She went above and beyond for my purchase. She was great with kids as well, even bought them snacks for when I went back to pick Tiffany was amazing! She is very detail oriented and knows her features to be able to explain them to you do your not driving away with a car you have no idea how to operate Would recommend her to everyone! Great Experience...Great Dealer....!! In the end I ended up with the vehicle I wanted prior to buying my first one a thanks to Daylon Fulmer and Joel Capps one of the Managers of Serra Toyota of Decatur for working with me and getting me the car I wanted to begin with !!
