My partner ordered a new truck from them in August. He didn't get it until October. He had to pay $2000 for a rental. Then after he got the truck finally, they didn't file his paperwork before the loan He didn't get it until October. He had to pay $2000 for a rental. And they suggested he finance with them because they'll take a point off his interest rate. No other gesture to make up for their colossal incompetence. Makes me think they tanked the loan just to get more money from him. They are the epitome of car salesmen. I wish we'd never gone there. They've taken his joy out of buying his first brand new car. So the salesperson, Sheronda, was awesome! She was on the ball for me when another salesperson dropped the ball. She stayed in contact via text for a week while I was trying to work a test d She was on the ball for me when another salesperson dropped the ball. She stayed in contact via text for a week while I was trying to work a test drive into my schedule. Sheronda didn’t pressure, but made suggestions to me. I enjoyed meeting her in person finally and taking a Tacoma for a spin. Loved the truck, but unfortunately some dealerships try to lowball on your trade in while they sell used vehicles above the original MSRP. Every dealership offered me something different, but this was several thousand lower. I left without a truck, but I feel like Sheronda is my friend now. I give this dealership three stars, I give Sheronda 5+ stars!!! More
