As this was my first time buying a new car, he walked me through the entire process. He was very patient, personable, attentive and knowledgeable. I was able to test drive several cars and finally decided on the Grand Cherokee. He even let me take another test drive on the same car as I wanted to make sure this was exactly what I wanted. When I was purchasing my new car I also met with General Manager Joseph Triboletti. Again, he was also very patient with me and made the process so much easier. Everything from start to finish was easy and streamlined. They both went out of their way to help me make this purchase. I would recommend this dealership without reservation. More
