As this was my first time buying a new car, he walked me through the entire process. He was very patient, personable, attentive and knowledgeable. I was able to test drive several cars and finally decided on the Grand Cherokee. He even let me take another test drive on the same car as I wanted to make sure this was exactly what I wanted. When I was purchasing my new car I also met with General Manager Joseph Triboletti. Again, he was also very patient with me and made the process so much easier. Everything from start to finish was easy and streamlined. They both went out of their way to help me make this purchase. I would recommend this dealership without reservation. More

He provided excellent customer service (both times) and remembered my preferences when looking for my new Jeep; very attentive and offered suggestions and other options as I considered my purchase. What I appreciated was that his customer service extended beyond the "regular business hours" as he stayed in communication with me with follow ups but was never "pushy or bothersome". I even got the same salesman Joel. I told Joel my price range, and that I needed Jeep that could pull camper, within 15 minutes I was test driving my Jeep!! 2 hours later I was home!! There was no haggling, and the finance rate was better than what my Credit Union could give me. Thank you all, I love my new (used) car!!! More
