It was such a pleasure to purchase my car at Novak Motors in Lebanon, New Jersey. Joel Lambert was considerate, patient and very knowledgeable. I first bought a car and brought it home but I did not fee in Lebanon, New Jersey. Joel Lambert was considerate, patient and very knowledgeable. I first bought a car and brought it home but I did not feel comfortable driving it. Joel Lambert, Rick Domenichetti and Hans Battista Castro did not make me feel uncomfortable and helped me exchange it to a new vehicle that was more to my liking. They did not pressure or hassle me to keep the another car. It was great working with them all. The next time I get a car it would definately be at Novak Motors. More

This is our second purchase of a Jeep Cherokee from Novak Motors NJ! Joel Lambert was super patient and very informative answering all of our questions honestly like an old friend. When we found them in 2 Motors NJ! Joel Lambert was super patient and very informative answering all of our questions honestly like an old friend. When we found them in 2017 the experience was so relaxing, no pressure, unlike any other dealer we visited! The Service Dept has also been great and never tried to sell us parts that were not needed.
