Everyone is professional and the space was clean. Horrible Customer Service I purchased a brand new Mazda here in early 2019. Had some recalls which was not the dealers fault, but ever since then they've been terrible to deal I purchased a brand new Mazda here in early 2019. Had some recalls which was not the dealers fault, but ever since then they've been terrible to deal with. Every time I called to talk with someone about my recall issues I got passed around from department to department with nobody wanting to "own" the problem. Most people were pretty rude about the situation so I ended up calling Mazda corporate to get an extended warranty. Things have been fine with the vehicle since, but I just went for my 4th oil change service (20k miles) and was told that my service was no longer free since I already "had 3 services performed" which is apparently all that's covered in the 2 year, 24k mile Patrick Mazda preferred plan. I have not had the car for 2 years nor 24k miles, but somehow that only covers 3 oil changes? Will not be returning to this dealership unless absolutely necessary for warranty reasons. More

Accomodating Joel has been very accomodating. When I had lube, oil ,filter ,rotation in June he had my car picked up and delivered back to me since I had been sel Joel has been very accomodating. When I had lube, oil ,filter ,rotation in June he had my car picked up and delivered back to me since I had been self isolating. The young man who picked up and delivered my car was very nice too. Had an issue with low tire pressure now. Joel had me bring car in. I still did not want to sit inside so he had my car serviced quickly while I found a shady spot to wait outside. Since my sticker was due had that done too. It is hard to answer the question about quality of work. More
