I’m highly unsatisfied, I was told my car would be fixed after being in the shop for over a month. May27th-July 6th. I was told nothing was wrong after letting them know there was mold and wet pads under th after being in the shop for over a month. May27th-July 6th. I was told nothing was wrong after letting them know there was mold and wet pads under the carpet. It came back with mold still in the car and scratched on the drivers side front fender and wet pads. Service staff was less than helpful and seemed like all I was doing is bothering them. I’m nine months pregnant and have two other children having mold in a lease that is less than a year old is unacceptable . I asked for paper work when picking my car up stating what they did to fix it and I was told there was none. And they couldn’t provide me with any. We will no longer servicing our lease with Patrick Mazda. Your sales staff has always been more than accommodating I have enjoyed doing business with them they always are willing to help. More

Quality Service I reached out to schedule my first service with Patrick Mazda since purchasing my vehicle. Rachael very quickly responded to me and helped me schedul I reached out to schedule my first service with Patrick Mazda since purchasing my vehicle. Rachael very quickly responded to me and helped me schedule an appointment time that worked for me. I requested to wait on site while my car received the service and was told it would be a little over one hour. When I arrived at my appointment, the staff at the desk was courteous and answered all of my questions while my car was brought in for service on time. Overall, the appointment took 45 minutes and I was talked through my service report. I appreciated the prompt start time, early completion time, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Great Service I loved the door to door service. It was super convenient. All services were completed in a timely manner with updates sent via email and text. The ca I loved the door to door service. The only added thing to make the service a 5-star rating would be to vacuum the interior other than that everything was top notch! More
