When I complained, the service gave me a discount, but the dealership should realize that one can replace the filter anywhere for ~$40, or for $15 and in 5 minutes at home. In every other way, I found my visit to be outstanding. More

My most recent visit was an extremely pleasant one. I was able to get my vehicle serviced in a timely manner and get a video update of the work being done which was cool. Glad I came to Patrick Mazda for my car repairs. Having the mechanic do a full look over on my car and then send me a video of what he saw was really helpful. Hope they continue to do this. Made it very easy I took advantage of the valet service, and they brought a loaner vehicle to my home and took my car to get serviced. I always feel taken care of when I come to the dealership and see Joel. He knows how to take care of customers and provides great customer service.
