I didnt have time to take my car in for an oil change and when I seen on the website they would come and take your car and have it serviced for you this option was great. I was at work they picked up my car when I seen on the website they would come and take your car and have it serviced for you this option was great. I was at work they picked up my car right on time and left a car for me to use just in case. I also received a detailed video of what he was doing with my car which was awesome. I've been driving for 45 years and dealt with a lot of different dealerships, Patrick Motors is by far the best. Between the Sales (Fred) and service ( all of them are awesome) and Aaron T., who helped i different dealerships, Patrick Motors is by far the best. It was a great experience. They had this very cool new thing where they sent me a text a link to open up and it showed the tech working on my car and showing the things that he did and possibly what it ne thing where they sent me a text a link to open up and it showed the tech working on my car and showing the things that he did and possibly what it needed fantastic! Staff was nice and process was quick. What I didn’t like was that I brought my car in at 8 AM for a routine service and it wasn’t ready at 4:30 in the afternoon and nobody called me to tell me that I wouldn was that I brought my car in at 8 AM for a routine service and it wasn’t ready at 4:30 in the afternoon and nobody called me to tell me that I wouldn’t have my car back on the same day and then it wasn’t ready the next day until the end of the day More
