The entire experience was flawless. Went in for an oil change and all points inspection. I knew I needed new brakes and they were able to do them right on the spot. I felt very safe and secure in their sh change and all points inspection. I knew I needed new brakes and they were able to do them right on the spot. Patrick Mazda takes great care of their customers. Such a smooth process from start to finish. During these trying times, they picked up my car and brought it to their shop to do the requested maintenance. T smooth process from start to finish. Very attentive service team that knows how to own up to their own mistakes. After my car was worked on the air box was left unlatched causing some noise. I brought my car in on the 21st. The service department said they would probably look at it that day. I live by myself my children live in other states. To my surprise they weren't open Saturday. On Monda said they would probably look at it that day. I live by myself my children live in other states. To my surprise they weren't open Saturday. On Monday the car still wouldn't be working on it either. I was all alone for 5 days with no car. I no this probably won't make a difference to anybody but I have cancer and it's a good thing mpthinh happened. It ended up being the battery More

Brought my car in for it's "first scheduled service" and was very pleased with the people at the Service Desk as well as the video the Technician sent me while I was waiting for my car. The video is a nice was very pleased with the people at the Service Desk as well as the video the Technician sent me while I was waiting for my car. The video is a nice touch and let's you know how the car is doing in all the places you normally can't get to or see. Overall, it was a good experience and I was in and out quickly. More
