I came in from out of state and Ozzy was on stand by to help as I arrived. We test drove a few TDIs in stock and once I settled on one we discussed a few numbers and settled things. It was a busy Saturday so it took a while to get through the line with the Financing Dept but that was to be expected. Ozzy also took time out of his schedule to follow me over to the airport so I could drop off my rental car. When I came back, Joel in Financing went through the paperwork and I met with Julio to go over the specifics of the cruise control, MFI, and audio system.
