I had terrible credit and little cash, but Shane not only found a nice used car, but got me financed as well. All I had to do was get my old Volvo to Amarillo. Of course it wasn't that easy, as the old car broke down halfway there. Shane and Joel got busy, prepped my car (new windshield) and sent it with a chase car to me. I signed the paperwork at a truckstop in Vernon, Tx, got my new car and drove happily home. That is truly a team that delivers! More

The folks at Street were so helpful in keeping me informed about what was going on with the whole emissions issue. When I determined that I wanted VW to buy back the diesel and that I desired to purchase a new, gas-powered Golf, Joel Owens took the time to explain how the whole process would work, and he and Shane Giese found the EXACT car I was looking for. It was ready and waiting for me when I came in for my buyback appointment. (Many thanks to Sarah Powell for taking the time to explain various features of my new car.) The buyback and the purchase of the new car took less than two hours. The whole process was amazingly painless! I was able to drive away in my nice clean, brand-new car!
