Excellent customer service I happen to live in Washington State. And have tried to find a needle in a haystack (2015 golf hatchback fully loaded, and a diesel). The car I wanted was located in Texas and Joel and his finance person Micah, walked me through the whole process of buying/financing and shipping the car, and could not have been more helpful. I also believe they are a very honest dealership, so that put me at ease during this process. But, I actually did not buy the car from them only because I was able to find the car closer to home in California and have a son who lives there help with that. So, even though I didn't get the car there, I would not hesitate to work with Joel and this dealership in the future! I truly appreciated all that they did to try and help me get the car I wanted! More

I I can't thank Shane Giese, Joel Owens and the team at Street VW enough. I live in Dallas, 6 hrs away and turned to Shane for some help with a car. I had terrible credit and little cash, but Shane not only found a nice used car, but got me financed as well. All I had to do was get my old Volvo to Amarillo. Of course it wasn't that easy, as the old car broke down halfway there. Shane and Joel got busy, prepped my car (new windshield) and sent it with a chase car to me. I signed the paperwork at a truckstop in Vernon, Tx, got my new car and drove happily home. That is truly a team that delivers! More
