I grew up in a small town called Wymore, Nebraska which is located two hours south of Omaha. In 2005, I graduated from Nebraska Christian College, and in 2012, I received my Master's in School Counseling. In my free time I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family. I also enjoy rooting on the Huskers and Hawkeyes, needless to say the day after Thanksgiving is like watching my parents fight. Although I am not currently using my Master's in a school setting, counseling others make wise decisions in the car ownership experience is very important to me. My job here at Gorges Volvo Cars is to not only make sure you have a great experience the day you visit us, but for your entire ownership with your new car. Our Mission statement is to offer the highest level of quality products and service to establish life-long customers. I truly enjoy having our customers leave my office knowing they will be protected and having the peace of mind that we have their best interest in mind.

Thought we needed to respond to you for feedback with our purchase of a vehicle from Gorges Volvo. We will not be returning for any further purchases there. We had explained that we were looking for a vehicl purchase of a vehicle from Gorges Volvo. We will not be returning for any further purchases there. We had explained that we were looking for a vehicle for our daughter for college. That being said looking for something to keep her safe. Our first disappointment was that there was a recall on the vehicle that was pointed out to you by me and not you and that it was never fixed as of yet. Second when we went to plate the vehicle we were denied as we were missing a form indicating it was evaluated by Douglas county sheriffs office deemed safe to be on the road. Sooo we took care of getting the recall scheduled and paid for the vehicle to get inspected by the Douglas county police before plating. Very disappointed and made me feel like you just wanted to sell a vehicle with potential issues for safety of my daughter. Every where else I have purchased a vehicle these things had been done to make sure it is ready for the next person and safe. Now I’m wondering if the vehicle has even been gone through by a certified technician. Lost customer Keith Halsey More
