I want to give a huge shout out to Tom Sullivan and Mark in finance . These two gentlemen went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle and get me back on the road. I had recently had an accident no f in finance . These two gentlemen went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle and get me back on the road. I had recently had an accident no fault of my own that left me with a totaled vehicle. They kept in great communication as they knew for a single parent I needed a new vehicle in a timely manner. They took extra time to explain things in detail rather than car salesman lingo they made it easy for me to understand and didn’t try to hassle me at all . they took the time to know what I could and could not afford what I was looking for was in a vehicle and that that is ALL that they showed me. You guys went above and beyond in my book also thank you to the rest of the crew at Automotive Avenues. Car was beautiful when I picked it up P.s I also just received (as typing this) the most adorable thank you package in the mail for being a customer who does that you guys are amazing I love you More

Great service I worked with Tom Sullivan over a few days and multiple phone calls about getting in a new tacoma to test drive. he was patient with me what I asked a I worked with Tom Sullivan over a few days and multiple phone calls about getting in a new tacoma to test drive. he was patient with me what I asked about test driving a Highlander as well and allowed me enough time to drive and consider all aspects so that i could make my choice of new vehicles. he went the extra mile to get all relevant paperwork to us quickly and got us out the same day! great job (and went back to the trade in 3 times to retrieve personal effects) I don't think any other dealership would, or could go to the lengths that tom and his team did to get (us) into the truck I always wanted! he also follow up on a small cosmetic flaw that needed attention before we left! More

Professional and succinct It was a good experience I would recommend to others. We had to wait a bit long a few times but the car was out and waiting when we got there. Marc Bellacosa, was very happy to replace the windshield which had some chips, and replaced the spare tire. I also inquired about some running boards for my vehicle, he took the time to send me a web site on where to purchase them and said that they would be happy to install them for me. And by the way they look Great!! Very thankful for all your help!! More

With every oil change they Since purchasing my vehicle from Automotive Avenue 2 years ago, I have been extremely impressed with the services provided. With every oil change they have also check the fluids, belts, and have changed my windshield washer blades as needed. Just recently I purchased new tires from them and due to my points earned from previous services I was able to get the tires, have them mounted and aligned, and free brake check at a price lower than competitors. Needless to say, their professionalism and services are exceptional and I would highly recommend them. Cindy More
