Joey was great. Patient, kind and I felt he was honest with me but had little to no flexibility in how he could negotiate with me. My reason for giving an overal Patient, kind and I felt he was honest with me but had little to no flexibility in how he could negotiate with me. My reason for giving an overall 3/5 was just the general lack of compassion and willingness to work with me given that I was in a very tough decision. I brought my older mazda in for what I thought would be an easy fix only to find out I would need an entirely new engine (something that was determined even before the service department looked at my car). This was devastating to me but just seemed like no big deal to everyone else. I did end up buying a barely used Mazda because I do still love Mazda cars (this was my 4th) and it was a competitive price for the current market, and I was in a tough spot (not at all because I felt like a valued customer). It seemed that the engine flaw for my older mazda was common knowledge to everyone except me and my family and it seemed to be (shrug) no big deal to everyone else (a $10,000 repair IS A BIG DEAL). However, when I asked the service department to print out a diagnostic report that articulated exactly what I was told as to what killed my engine, I got funny looks and suddenly everyone seemed really hesitant to commit to that diagnosis. I finally got a report that read "customer claimed...." which is a slap in the face honestly, I just wanted documentation of what the service department diagnosed as the problem in my engine for my records. Often recalls can come in after a repair or a claim is made and documentation is needed to support that a client suffered from the recall. I did not rate Tracy because I have no clue who he or she is. More
